I really enjoy Klaviyo’s email template builder. I see there is an option to export as HTML, but there isn’t one to export as PDF. Exporting as PDF would be incredibly beneficial to my work, and I can imagine, it would be helpful for many others as well. Other email template builders I’ve used have this option already built in. I would use Klaviyo much more if it had this capability.

Would Klaviyo consider the idea of having an “export as PDF” alongside the “export as HTML” option?

Hey @TG-1741,

I really like that idea; while Klaviyo doesn’t allow templates to be exported as PDFs right now, I can see how useful it would be for us to build this feature, since PDFs are more easily readable than HTML files. I’ll reach out to our product team and recommend that we build this in the future!

As a workaround, could you use Print → Save as PDF in preview mode in the meantime?

@Byrne C Thank you for recommending this to the product team! As part of my workflow, I’m required to share PDFs with our clients. Having an easy, one-click option that allows me to export my email design as a PDF would help my overall work immensely. I hope the product team considers this addition, thank you!

Hi @ross_hopkins I appreciate the suggestion. However the output from Print → Save as PDF from the preview mode doesn’t look very good and I wouldn’t be able to share it with clients, unfortunately. There’s various other elements that appear in the PDF that would not be acceptable when providing it to a client for approval. I’m looking for a clean PDF that doesn’t have any other elements other than the design itself.
