Hi there, I’m building a 9-part post-purchase flow in Klaviyo for custom-made products (C5 and C6). These are handcrafted items that take time to fulfill, and I want to keep customers updated while they wait.
Here’s what I’m trying to figure out:

How do I make the flow only trigger when someone orders a customizable C5 or C6 product? These are specific SKUs or products in our Shopify store.

How do I set the flow to automatically stop if the order is fulfilled or a tracking number is uploaded?

The last email in the flow (email 9) should only send if the order is still unfulfilled after 8 weeks. What’s the best way to set that up?
I already have the emails written and the flow created. I just want to make sure the filters, triggers, and exit conditions are done the right way. Could you walk me through how to implement this logic in Klaviyo?
