Solved

Can you auto applying combined or stacked discounts in Klaviyo?

I’m looking to offer 10% off and free shipping as an incentive.

I know you can make stackable codes in shopify, but is there anyway to make it so that both disocunt codes auto apply using klaviyo?

I’d be sending a 10% off 24 hours before, and wanted to know if I could combine this with the free shipping?

Thanks.

    Hi there @Tobi Chapman,

Welcome to the Community! Happy to help!

Great job thinking of incentives for your customers! While, our platform does not support the functionality of stacked coupons as any Shopify coupon generated in Klaviyo will be one per order and cannot be stacked, I am happy to submit this as a feature request as I know other users have mentioned the advantage of this feature!

Here are some other resources in Community to investigate what incentivizes your customers!

Thanks for participating in the Community!

      Hey Klaviyo users!

Thought I’d share a solution I’ve built that resolves this problem (one I was dealing with also).

I built a Shopify app that automatically combines Klaviyo coupons to any/all of the combinations of your choosing.

      https://apps.shopify.com/rm-combinable

Theres a 7 day free trial for anybody wanting to trial it out.

      Thanks! Brad

I’ve built an app that might be exactly what you’re looking for, it automatically combines Shopify Discounts with third-party platforms like Klaviyo to create a seamless marketing and conversion. It is east to setup and charges Minimal pricing** unlike many other apps that charge high fees, ours is designed to be budget-friendly and lightweight for your store.

You can check it out here https://apps.shopify.com/auto-combine-discounts

Is it possible to exclude certain Klaviyo coupons? So something like:

Code 1: 5% off orders over $999 can be used/stacked with other codes
Code 2: 10% off orders above $399 can be used/stacked with other codes
Code 3: 15% off orders above $699 cannot be used/stacked with other codes

I have asked someone else this as well. But Is your app able to apply the changes to specific Klaviyo codes only?

Hey @Dannycarter85 , you can try the app that we built that also has the ability to apply to changes to specific Klaviyo codes! You can check the app here: https://apps.shopify.com/syncdisc
