Cart Abandoment Flow

Question

Hello. If the customer left products in the shopping cart and abandoned it, is there any way I can see which products those were and send a reminder email with those exact products and a link to resume the order?"

Hey @PaulaKobrinsky,Yes, there are a couple of options for that! Which platform are you on? Shopify?You can set up a Browse Abandonment Flow and a Checkout Abandonment Flow. Klaviyo has a couple of these templates all built out which makes set up really easy. @PaulaKobrinsky, As @Akers Digitalmentioned, indeed this is how all of these flows work.I think the most important thing to understand is that each of these events, abandoned cart, viewed product etc etc are sending a lot of additional information to Klaviyo.
