+2- Feed format - I only seem able to display recipe images with the title to the right of the image (see image attached). I'm wanting to try an option where we display 2 images across (desktop) / 1 image (mobile) with titles underneath the images (see mindful chef example attached)

I have a quick question for you, are you using the old or new template editor? You can achieve this on both, but how to accomplish it is different depending on which editor you are using.
