Renting or buying a list to use within Klaviyo is strongly discouraged as it does violates Klaviyo’s Acceptable Use Policy. This is because these users whose list you are buying or renting has not explicitly shared consent to be receive marketing material from your brand. Using a rented or purchased list is subject to termination of your Klaviyo account.
