I have set up conditional split on Post Purchase Email Flow.

The condition is ‘when someone has ordered product’ where ‘tags’ contain’ Vintage Tops’ at least once in the last 10 days.

11 people bought the vintage tops - all products in shopify had the correct tag. 

3 people were sent correctly down the yes path and 8 people were sent incorrectly down the no path. All had the exact same tag.

What do i need to do to make the conditional split work consistently?

Happy to take a look at this for you - would you mind sending over a screenshot of your conditional split, and also a screenshot of the ordered product event from somebody who went down the NO path, but shouldn’t have? That will help us determine if there’s something we can fix in the setup of the split, or if anything in the event data can give us a clue as to why this is happening.

My current theory is that there’s some sort of small discrepancy between what the split checks and what the Ordered Product event contains, and that’s what’s causing these issues. It also might be worth checking your flow history. Was the filter edited, or slightly different when the people went down the NO path, who weren’t supposed to? Looking forward to your response!
