Coupon Code Not Working on Shopify Signup Popup Form

At this time, we only support dynamic codes being sent from Klaviyo emails within your account. Dynamic coupons can only be used in campaigns or flows. For more information on adding these tags to your flows or campaigns, please see our article on this topic here.

Alternatively, you can create a static coupon within your eCommerce platform and simply add it to your signup form. Most commonly, this is done in the success message portion of the form.
