Coupons not automatically added in checkout in Ella Theme

Question

Hello all!Hope you can help me on this.I just started using Klavyio, and for my welcome email flow, I want to integrate my discount code in buttons, so when people click, it automatically applies the discount in the checkout. In the button, I'm using the link https://your-store-url.com/discount/CODE, but doesn't work. I'm not sure if it works on the Ella Theme (what I'm using).Thank you so much!

Hi @ZeuLove,Thanks for being a part of our community!Something to note:Klaviyo cannot ensure that a coupon will be auto-applied at checkout if you initially link customers to a non-checkout page; your Shopify site may end up stripping the coupon from the site URL. If you link to a non-checkout page and experience this issue, you should contact your theme developer.Here is more information on having the code applied at checkout.Here is another post that might be helpful as well:I hope this helps!~Chloe
