Hey friends,

I have already setup dns record. While checking out the show original in Gmail. SPF and DKIM are shown as passed but the dmarc record is being shown as failed.
I am not sure why because I have domain records already setup in my dns provider, which is shopify. You can see some of the images/screenshots here:

Please help me out!
Thanks in advance

@Sam91 what is the branded domain set up in the Klaviyo screen when you navigate to https://www.klaviyo.com/settings/account/domains

    Does it show as send.rootdomain.com?

Maybe you can try changing the sender to support@send.rootdomain.com and see if it makes that error go away?

@Sam91 where is the test conducted from where this fail result is showing? I assume you set up the branded domain using the Entri automated process within Klaviyo?  What does clicking “Learn More’ reveal? Is it possible you have Two DMARC TXT records?

also could be subdomain sending without coverage if mail is sent from:

    hello@send.yourdomain.com

    But:

    • DMARC exists only on yourdomain.com

I removed the record from shopify. And delete the branded old branded sending domain. Still it shows dmarc records as failed. sending email is support@rootdomain.com. there is no double dmarc records either

    please help

    Hi @Sam91,

Is DMARC still showing as failing? If so, would you mind sending over a screenshot of your DMARC record and DNS records? That’ll help us determine why this is happening.
