So, Klaviyo doesn’t provide direct access as an SMTP server, If you require one, I recommend you use another SMTP provider for your WooCommerce settings. According to WooCommerce’s documentation, here’s the ones they recommend:
However, if you’re using the standard integration between Klaviyo and WooCommerce - you may be able to use one of the WooCommerce Klaviyo events to build a Flow to send a “Shipping Update” depending on what triggers that Flow and then set those messages as a “transactional” email.
