We are a Magento 2 e-commerce development team currently working on a new project. We would like to know if Klaviyo provides an SMTP service that we can use for transactional emails in our Magento 2 store.
If SMTP is available, could you provide details on how to configure it and any potential limitations? If not, do you have any recommended alternatives for sending transactional emails through Klaviyo?

Klaviyo does not provide SMTP details but you can send transactional emails directly from Klaviyo! Transactional emails can only be sent through flows, so you will just need to create a flow triggered by a metric or a list, and then add your transactional email to that flow. Once the email is in its final draft, you can apply for transactional status or reach out to our support team for us to review the email manually.
