Downgrade plan

Question

Hello I was advised how to downgrade my plan so I did that but now there are no active sign up forms for the pop up on my website. This was not supposed to go away. I’m in the process of moving to Flodesk but I wanted the forms to remain active on my site until I had a chance to do that so I can continue to capture new customers. It looks like I’m on the free plan but it says Your Plans have been cancelled.

Is there someone that can help with this? I no longer have access to support now that I’m on the free plan. I dont want to pay $20 just to speak to someone via chat.

Hi ​@trishap612! Thanks for reaching out to the Community.I can assure you that you will still have access to your Klaviyo forms on a free plan - can you clarify if the forms are showing up when you go to your Sign up form tab (https://www.klaviyo.com/forms)?
