Hello I was advised how to downgrade my plan so I did that but now there are no active sign up forms for the pop up on my website. This was not supposed to go away. I’m in the process of moving to Flodesk but I wanted the forms to remain active on my site until I had a chance to do that so I can continue to capture new customers.  It looks like I’m on the free plan but it says Your Plans have been cancelled.

Is there someone that can help with this? I no longer have access to support now that I’m on the free plan. I dont want to pay $20 just to speak to someone via chat.

Hi Trisha!

Here's what likely happened:

When you downgraded to the free plan, some features like active signup forms were disabled because they're not included in the free plan. That’s why your pop-ups are no longer working.

Options to Fix This:

  1. Reactivate a Paid Plan Temporarily: You could reactivate the paid plan for a short time, keep your forms active, and ensure they are set up on Flodesk before fully switching.
  2. Export the Forms: If possible, copy the code for the pop-ups or recreate similar forms using a third-party tool like Flodesk, or even embed simple HTML forms on your site.
  3. Contact Klaviyo Support (Free Plan Limit): Unfortunately, the free plan has limited support, so direct help might only be accessible with a paid subscription.

If you need help setting up temporary forms while transitioning, let me know, and I’ll guide you! 😊

Hi @trishap612 ! Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

I can assure you that you will still have access to your Klaviyo forms on a free plan - can you clarify if the forms are showing up when you go to your Sign up form tab (https://www.klaviyo.com/forms)?

Hi @trishap612 !

Were you able to resolve this issue?

Yes thank you!
