Dynamic Blocks in Welcome Series Flow

Hello!

My client has a clothing business. I am now building her Welcome Series flow. Is it possible to put a dynamic block in it where it auto populates random clothes from her website? Thank you!

Curious, why make it random vs showing what may be relevant or targeted? Ie. Best Sellers, new arrivals, gender specific, etc..

The welcome email is one of the highest opened email, it's prime real estate!
