I have set up a Replenish flow for a very specific category of products that typically get used up quicker then the rest of our range. I have the flow set up the way that I want, but cannot figure out how to only have the specific product that this customer purchased from this range appear in the email, as the replenish email template defaults to show all recent purchases.

How do I update the dynamic code to only show products from a specific category, in this case “Snow Foam & Lances”.

Hi there, what ecommerce platform do you you? Shopify, etc.

Hi there, what ecommerce platform do you you? Shopify, etc.

Hi there, We use Shopify.

Hello car care sorry to hear to hear that you can try this out:

  1. Open your Replenish email in the drag‑and‑drop editor

    • In the Flows tab, click into your Replenish flow and open the email step.

    • Hit “Edit Email” to launch the template builder.

  2. Locate the “Product Block” that’s pulling in “Ordered Products”

    • Click on the block that’s currently set to show all recent purchases (often labeled “Reorder Products” or similar).

  3. Enable filtering on that block

    • In the right‑hand sidebar under Content → Recommendation Settings, you’ll see it set to “Products from Event: Ordered Products.”

    • Click Filter Products (or “Add a Filter” if it’s your first one).

  4. Set your category filter

    • Choose Item Property (sometimes it’ll say “Event Property” or simply the name of your product feed).

    • In the dropdown, find your category field (e.g. “Category,” “ProductCategory,” or however it’s named in your event JSON).

    • Set the condition to equals Snow Foam & Lances.

  5. Save and preview

    • Now only items in the “Snow Foam & Lances” category will show.

    • Hit Preview (or send a test to yourself) using a recent Replenish trigger to confirm it’s filtering correctly.

Thank you for the detailed response, however I am getting stumped on point 3 of your steps. When I click on the dynamic table that is being used to reflect the ordered products, there is no right hand sidebar that appears, I am assuming this isn’t in the preview and test section? If you have any screen shot sof this that would be great.

Hey @Car Care Marketing,

I’d recommend going with what we discussed in this thread here:

And if you’re having trouble implementing that, let me know, and we can work on this!
