Dynamic Product Name Does Not Appear in Preview

Hi everyone! I am trying to set up my abandoned cart flow and i get stuck on a problem with the dynamic product name. I use the code {{ event.Name }} but when i hit preview it does not appear. The price and the image are okay, not the name though. I would be very appreciative if you help!

@sandraradeva would you mind sharing with us the entire payload for the triggering event in this case Started Checkout? Also specify if this coming from Shopify or another e-commerce platform
