As soon as a user enters the email in the pop up, before the "welcome" email arrives, they receive a confirmation email that says if they want the brand to send them the email. The problem is that that email is not customized and I can't find it

Thanks for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community!
It sounds like you are talking about the double opt-in confirmation email that comes through when a custom subscribes to your list. You can edit this confirmation email by navigating to Lists & Segments > your list > Subscribe & Preference Pages > Email Confirmation.
