Email opt in popup not working

Hello,

i am New to klaviyo and trying to create a popup for email opt in, but its not working,

its on my site shoing up on time but when clicking the signup buttun, its not taking to next step, dont know whats wrong,

can anyone help??

Have you checked that your submit button is set to “next step”? Select your form’s submit button in the form editor and it should be as below.

Does that help? If not, and the form is currently live, DM me a url with the form and I’ll take a look.
