Hi,

We are facing trouble with the sign-ups form from Klaviyo.
We have checked all the basics: It’s live, it shows to all visitors, the widget is showing, the code is correct etc.
Yet none of the forms are visible.

We are using Wordpress (Flatsome theme).

We are using an HTML code which looks like this: <div class="klaviyo-form-UUpFi5"></div>
We have tried to add as a costume HTML, widget etc. Still nothing appears.

Any suggestions?

Hi Michala,
Could you try investigating your website's backend for any conflicting CSS and remove it if found.
Also, since Klaviyo forms are designed to load last, make sure no other heavy elements are delaying its appearance.
Testing across different browsers and devices can also help identify if the issue is device-specific.
Hope this helps!

Hello @Michala , The issue might stem from theme or plugin conflicts. Ensure the Klaviyo embed script is correctly installed in your WordPress header and loads on the page. Verify that the form ID matches the code snippet. If you're using a caching plugin, clear the cache to avoid displaying outdated content. If the problem persists, testing on a default WordPress theme can help pinpoint conflicts. Feel free to reach out for further assistance if troubleshooting gets complex.
