We developed a Shopify connector app. During the review we required to get someone from Klaviyo to sign-off on this document:
An End Recipient acknowledgement form must be signed by each end recipient that gains access to Shopify merchant data via your Application.
Who’s the best person that can sign off on this?

I’m not able to open the google doc you’ve created, but I’m assuming this is a document that needs to be signed off as part of an integration. I would recommend reaching out to the technical partnerships team using the contact details on this page.
