Hey @jeet.krivy,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

This would really depend entirely on how you’re setting up your custom integration with Klaviyo. Since the connection between your android/iOS app and Klaviyo will be one you develop, you would be the one to dictate what events and information get sent to Klaviyo.

On the other hand, were you by chance talking about push-notifications? If so, once set up, the push notification events that get tracked in Klaviyo are:

  • Received push
    • When Klaviyo records that your recipient has received a push notification from a flow or campaign.
  • Opened push
    • When a recipient taps on a push notification and thus opens the app.
  • Bounced push
    • When a push notification is sent but not delivered to the recipient.

I hope this helps!

Hi @jeet.krivy thanks for posting! Can you explain a little more about the events you’re referring to? Are you looking to send out event reminders through email? This will help us answer your question.

Thanks!

Katherine
