Flow not adding profiles even though they get pass the Trigger Preview.

Question

I noticed that one of my flows is almost completely emtpy and almost no new profiles have been added.

After I checked that I indeed have had customers who bought a product with certain SKU (which is the trigger) I checked in Trigger Preview and these customers get/got a green check, yet they have not been added to the flow?

Any ideas?

Welcome to the community@heymatchaWere those eligible orders placed before the flow was set to live?RegardsAndyNo its been up for over 6 months I would say.Other flows seem to be working fine as well.I am thinking of just creating a new flow and seeing if I can back-fill it if I set the same trigger filters.Except I have dynamic coupons in the email. How would I best go about this?First back-fill, and then add the dynamic coupons? Or would that not link a dynamic coupon to the users that were filled before the dynamic coupons were activated?
