If I provide the payment invoice number and amount. Can I receive the Stripe payment link from Klaviyo support so we can use an Indian credit card for the transaction.

Yes, if you reach out to the support team directly from inside your Klaviyo account, they will be able to help you solve the payment issue with your credit card. In order to protect your privacy and security, we can not take that information through the community.

We are facing similar issue while try to make payment through Indian bank credit card. We get the email from Stripe for confirmation. But clicking on the Confirmation button, nothing happens. As it’s our first payment, we get help from virtual assistance and the discussion goes in loop. The assistant doesn’t event create ticket.
