I agree with you, the opportunities and capabilities of setting up different email automations to drive your customer lifecycle strategies are super interesting (and dare I say, fun?)! Klaviyo is an excellent platform and very user-friendly to get these automations up and running, and there is always more to learn to further your experience and sophistication with the automations.
