How to delete step in flow or sign up template

To delete the SMS step from your flow or sign-up template in Klaviyo, follow these steps:

For Flows:

1. Open the specific flow where you want to delete the SMS step.
2. Click on the SMS card in the flow.
3. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the “Trash” icon or the Delete Step button.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

For Sign-Up Forms:

If you’re working on a sign-up form and want to remove the SMS field:

1. Go to the Sign-Up Forms section in Klaviyo and open the form you’re editing.
2. Click on the SMS field you want to remove.
3. Look for the Delete or Trash icon (usually in the toolbar or near the selected element).
4. Save the form after making changes.

To delete the SMS step in your signup form template, try these steps:

1. **Click on the SMS Step**: Select it directly.
2. **Look for a Trash Icon**: Check for a trash can icon or "Delete" option in the menu.
3. **Use Right-Click**: If available, right-click on the SMS step to see if a delete option appears.

If you can’t delete the module by itself - You could try to clone the sign-up form and then delete the module in the new sign-up form. That have worked for me before :-)
