I changed the time delay after these customers were in the flow. How do I send the next email now rather than wait 9+ months?

 

 

Hello there,

There are a few ways that you can add get customers to receive an email after you’ve altered the flow cadence.

  1. The first way is by going into Manage Flow → Add past profiles (image below)
    •  

  2. You can also make that flow message an email template, create a segment of those customers, then send the new template as a campaign. It’s a more manual process, but you can ensure getting the email to the customers when you want to with this method too.
