I cannot receive confirmation email after subscription

Question

Hello,

I added subscription block within footer area in my landing page with Klaviyo’s template. But, I haven’t received any confirmation email from Klaviyo.

I turned Double Opt-In settings on only on Klaviyo, and turned it off on Shopify.

Also, Klaviyo created the list of subscribers within Klaviyo.

If someone advise me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ​@ED2,This is a pretty common setup issue, so don’t worry 🙂If you’re using Klaviyo’s signup block, the confirmation email will only send if Double Opt-In is enabled on the specific list the form is connected to — not just globally. I’d recommend double-checking that the footer signup form is actually linked to the correct list and that Double Opt-In is turned on for that list.Also make sure:The confirmation email is published (not in draft)You’re testing with a new email address that isn’t already on the listThe email didn’t land in spam/promotionsShopify’s setting won’t affect Klaviyo forms, so that part is fine.
