I added subscription block within footer area in my landing page with Klaviyo’s template. But, I haven’t received any confirmation email from Klaviyo.
I turned Double Opt-In settings on only on Klaviyo, and turned it off on Shopify.
Also, Klaviyo created the list of subscribers within Klaviyo.
If someone advise me, it would be greatly appreciated.

This is a pretty common setup issue, so don’t worry 🙂
If you’re using Klaviyo’s signup block, the confirmation email will only send if Double Opt-In is enabled on the specific list the form is connected to — not just globally. I’d recommend double-checking that the footer signup form is actually linked to the correct list and that Double Opt-In is turned on for that list.
Also make sure:
The confirmation email is published (not in draft)
You’re testing with a new email address that isn’t already on the list
The email didn’t land in spam/promotions
Shopify’s setting won’t affect Klaviyo forms, so that part is fine.
