I need to hide a product from my klaviyo flows from my shopify site

I have an addon product “shipping.protection” to all my orders that is preselected and most people buy. I don’t want that to show in my abandoned cart flows. How do i go on about fixing that? It is in it’s own collection on shopify. Thank you in advance

you will have to write conditions in your dynamic block

refer to this similar question on how to do this

Exclude products from abandoned cart emails

you will have to customize the code snippet based on the name of the product you want to exclude.

I’d like to know this, too as we have free gifts that are appearing in the Klaviyo product feed list but are hidden from my search on the site.
