IS it possible to trigger emails when come clicks a link?

Hello

i want to send a email part of a flow offering an extended warranty, in that i want there to be a yes - no button…. id like to be able to send an email to those who click yes and a differnt one to those who click no..

any pointers?

Hi Duncan, a couple ways you could do this:

Another way is to collect that info as a profile property based on what button/link they clicked. Then have a segment for those subscribers you want to email. You can create a flow that is triggered when someone enters that segment.
