Is there a way to updating customer profiles with comments and notes?

Hi - Can anyone tell me how I add notes to a customer profile. For example a B2B customer with whom I have spoken, I wish to add a short note about when spoken to and actions.

While we don't have an option to insert notes directly to a profiles, we can integrate with some of the CRM platforms. I’d take a look through these integration options to see if we can integrate with the one you’re currently using or any company you might be interested in using for this!
