Items linked to shopify are not showing up.

Hello!
I'm trying to figure out the process of sending an email when someone orders an item as shown in the attached image.
When I select the item, all the products linked to shopify are not showing up. What should I do?

Hey @neko,

To put it simply - yes! So long as Klaviyo has recorded a Placed Order associated with this specific product, you’ll shortly see it within the dimensions dropdown.

Hey @neko,

The behavior you’re seeing of not having certain items available to filter off of is a normal occurrence! I’ve previously explained this behavior in the below Community posts:

Essentially, this simply means that Klaviyo has not recorded/recognized a Placed Order event associated with that product yet.

So, am I correct in understanding that if I purchase an item on shopify, that item will appear here (Dimension value)?
