Klaviyo Reviews Multi-Lingual x Shopify

Hey everyone,

We’re using Klaviyo for Flows and Campaigns so far. Now I wanted to get started with Products Reviews since it would be just great to have this covered by the same tool.

We’re running a multilingual shop (EN, DE & FR) so it would be quite crucial to us to integrate reviews that allow us to translate the content of the reviews themselves… (using Translate & Adapt for translations… but so far I didn’t find a way to access those values or find any other way to translate it). Does anyone here have any kind of experience on this or maybe tried it as well?

Hi there,

Still no possibility to manage multilanguage with Klaviyo widget ? Same here use DE, EN, FR and not possible to translate some text from the widget depending of the language using by customer on the website. Dam we will stay on Okendo :(
