Klaviyo Reviews Submission Conformation Page Editing

Hi, does anyone know how we can edit the thank you/ submission complete page that comes with the Klaviyo Reviews Submission form?  I have the following issues:

1. I chose base language to be German, but all the content is written in Direct form (deine Bewertung) and not in Informal form (Ihre Bewertung), which is a problem for us. 
2. Return home (Fortfahren) button redirects to the main domain of our company, not the Org domain that belongs to the Klaviyo instance that issued the review request.
