[Magento][Integration] - Events not syncing

This started to happen a month ago. All related Magento Integration events (Started Checkout, Order Place, Fulfilled Order, etc) seems to not execute its 30m sync but when I manually re-sync historical data, the events are populated. After resync, it goes back to the issue where the supposedly 30m sync is not working.

 

I have a CloudFlare setup and confirmed to skip restrictions on any Klaviyo related request. Also I get to see the requests made and confirmed any related polling (orders, shipping) are not requested every 30m.

    Hi there.

     Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting the Magento integration and checking if the polling jobs are being blocked or timing out server-side despite the Cloudflare exclusions?

    If that doesn’t work, try regenerating the Magento API credentials and re-enabling the integration sync.

    Thanks for the tip!

    I haven’t tried disconnecting/reconnecting the Magento integration but will definitely do. With regards to polling jobs, there really is no request in the first place. When I check the history in CloudFlare, there are requests made for orders, shipping magento APIs but it was requested when I triggered the Historical Data sync only. No orders, shipping magento APIs request every 30m.

      Please try disconnecting/reconnecting the Magento integration first, and if the issue is still there, try to regenerate the API credentials and reauthorise the integration to see if it resumes the scheduled polling requests.

      If that doesn’t work i don’t know what to tell you really!
