I sell products that I purchase wholesale and I also drop ship. I would like to post the reviews for these products on my website. However, I do not have the customer emails. can I post the reviews manually via the website and use my business email?

Hi @teamomni,

If you’re looking to use Klaviyo reviews to post your reviews to your site, you’ll need to upload these reviews with a reviewer email. If your reviews don’t have emails attached to them, I’d recommend using your business email, as long as you can confirm that all of these reviews are legitimate reviews. Our help article here goes in-depth on how to import reviews to Klaviyo, but let me know if you have any additional questions!

Yes — you can manually post product reviews using your business email, as long as the reviews are authentic and accurately represent real customer feedback. Most eCommerce platforms (like Shopify or WooCommerce) let you add reviews manually through the product admin or via an import tool. Just be sure to disclose if the reviews were collected elsewhere (e.g., from wholesale suppliers or verified buyers on another platform) to maintain transparency and comply with FTC guidelines on endorsements.
