Hi @boodsta
Thank you for posting your question in the community, and I’d love to try and help. Could you provide a little more information or screenshots about what you are experiencing?
That said, make sure to check that the Viewed Product event is firing from your website which will be triggering and providing the product data for the browse abandon emails. If you are having other issues, please let me know, and we can troubleshoot further.
Thanks,
@In the Inbox
Hi @boodsta,
Thanks for posting! Just adding on to what @In the Inbox said – have you checked to make sure that your flows don’t have any filters? I sometimes find myself having put on a filter and then forget to take it off. I would also check to make sure you haven’t accidentally archived any flows. Sometimes the silly little settings are the first ones I overlook!

I have checked them all. Weirdly, I pressed something that looked like an alert on the list and loads appeared in the list. Its a new account to me, hence why I didn’t realise. Started serving so all good
