Product Review Import from Shopify Reviews

Hi!

I imported a csv that has 22 reviews for a specific product in my shopify store, yet it only shows 6 in Klaviyo and on my website page.  I’ve re-imported the file, but it still only shows the original 6, so I’m not sure how to fix this nor verify if this is happening with other products as well?

    Are these reviews approved? And, what are you auto-approval settings?

    This is the product I’m referring to. You can see where shopify reviews app says 22 reviews, yet only 6 are showing

    When I click on the link I’m seeing 22 reviews. Were you able to resolve this issue?
