Ready for Pickup and Picked Up notifications in Shopify
Has anyone used the Klaviyo email template for "Ready for Pickup” and “Picked Up” notifications on Shopify. I can not find the template, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Great question!
Klaviyo has a number of pre-made Shopify templates available for you to customize and export for use within Shopify as your Notification emails. At present, Klaviyo does not have any pre-built Shopify Notification Emails for "Ready for Pickup” and “Picked Up” purposes. The Shopify Notification Templates that are available within Klaviyo are:
- Order Confirmation
- Shipping Confirmation
- Shipping Update
- Order Cancelled
- Shipment Out For Delivery
- Refund Notification
- Shipment Delivered
- Customer Password Reset
- Gift Card Notification
- Custom Account Welcome
- Customer Account Activation
To learn more about customizing these templates and how to export them for use within Shopify, I would suggest taking a look at the How to Personalize and Export Shopify Notification Emails and Troubleshooting Email Template Error Messages Help Center articles.
In addition, because Klaviyo and Shopify uses different template tags, I would suggest using the Shopify Liquid Tags Cheat Sheet guide to build your Shopify Notification Templates.
