I am looking to create an automated flow that will be sent to potential customers who have recently tried our products at an in-person demo event.

In order to try our product at this event they will have to sign a waiver where they are required to give their email and to select 1-3 of the products that they are going to be trying. I’m thinking of using a Klaviyo sign-up form or a Typeform to handle this. I would like to use the information to enter them into a flow that sends them a series of emails with the products that they tried during the demo. Is this possible to implement using Klaviyo?

Hey @ozzycoll

Yes you can do that, by assigning custom properties to profiles who fill up the form (both in klaviyo and typeform) - I would suggest creating a klaviyo form since no other integrations are needed

when you add a submit button in the form, you can assign these properties and so when they submit the form, these properties will be attached to their profiles,

Now create a segment that has these properties and trigger a flow with this segment. let me know if you need any further guidance on this

I hope this helps and thank you for sharing your question here in the community.
