I am doing some email marketing for my new job, they haven't sent any promotional emails in about a year and I am starting this back up for them. I have never used Klaviyo before so am learning as I go. When I send a campaign though out of the 2,000~ recipients, it only sends it to 2 recipients. It has the notification "This campaign skipped unengaged recipients using Reputation Repair AI" how can I bypass this so ALL recipients receive the email.

Im not seeing any options for unengaged customers, or anything similar tbh, there was smart sending to not send to customers who just received an email in past 16 hours, i have that off. I feel like i have been through the whole dashboard and cannot find anything about unengaged customers. I know at one point I saw something about Reputation Repair but I cannot find that now either.

Hey @emailhelp123,

Reputation repair can definitely be toggled off. When scheduling a campaign, you’ll see the option to turn on reputation repair, which automatically excludes unengaged profiles from receiving your emails. It should look like this:

If your deliverability score is under a certain threshold, the box next to “Exclude unengaged recipients (recommended)” will be checked automatically. You can uncheck that box, and doing so will ensure that these profiles will receive the email, as long as smart sending is off and they’re not unsubscribed/suppressed. Let me know if this answers your question!
