    Hi @Jan Van Vugt,

On rare occasions, when a Klaviyo account has a very poor deliverability score, the account may be temporarily disabled by our compliance team, while we work with the account users to help remedy any deliverability issues moving forward. Creating a segment of unengaged profiles, ensuring that your branded sending domain/DMARC are properly set up, and excluding unengaged profiles from future campaigns will help improve your deliverability score moving forward, thus making you less likely to generate bounces, unsubscribes and spam complaints.

Note that when we do this, the goal is to work with you to ensure that your account is following our Email Deliverability Best Practices, which helps make sure that your emails are being delivered successfully, and your audience is getting emails that they want to receive. Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this.
