Right border alignment issue on mobile preview

Hello there,

There seems to be a misalignment in my mobile view of the email, we are building the email using html, but upon checking, there’s no issue with out html codes but i believe it has to be something to do with Klaviyo template builder, the Section > Drop the content setting.

Can someone pls help?

Hi @stellapuivoon ,

Could you check whether the Default Styles have 100% width with a little content padding (lets say arounf 15px). This would help adjust to the maximum mobile viewport width.

Also ensure whether "Enable Optimization" is enabled to allow Klaviyo to handle some adjustments for mobile view

Yes, i ensure all the Styles, Padding in the code is well-written. Also, turned on the Mobile Optimization function. However, the issue still persists. 😥
