I used the sample data tool but when previewing one of my emails made from the prebuilt shopify abandoned flow the product isn’t pulling through. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, does sample data not work with the shopify emails?

The Sample Data Tool in Klaviyo is a simulation tool. It may not always work seamlessly with Shopify-specific flows (like abandoned cart), as these rely on live, dynamic data from Shopify.
Solution:
Instead of relying on the Sample Data Tool, test the flow with a real abandoned cart event. Add an item to a Shopify cart, abandon it, and trigger the flow to see if the data is pulled correctly.
