We have been receiving some fraudulent orders (our shopify store) and many using “outlook.com” and other “blank, blank@gmail.com”

Is it possible to search for specfiic domains with a wildcard symbol? i.e. *@outlook.com?

Hi @CVan,
My suggestion is to build a segment where email ends with (or contains) outlook. You can do the same for gmail or any other domain. See screen shots below.

Email - ends with - domain

Email - contains - domain

You can add more than one domain to the segment by clicking the add condition button and choosing the OR conditon - thought it might be better to do one domain at a time.

Hope this helps!

Why can’t Klaviyo just provide wildcard functionality in the profile search? Why is that so hard? Your customers keep asking for it.
