Shopify Metrics Integration: Add to Cart missing

Hello.

I have a store on shopify that I’ve integrated with Klaviyo.
I’m using Dawn template.


I’ve tried to follow all steps here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/28709780787355
But I do not have a blue callout, so it should already be there.

However this doesn’t exist for me:


I have had sales since, so clearly people have indeed Added to Cart. As well as I’ve done some tests.

I don’t have a Shopify-branded Added to Cart.

I could not find any soloutions.

Hey @paofran 

in Klaviyo, under “Metrics” are you able to see “Added to cart” metric? This is Klaviyo’s API metric and is not one of Shopify’s metric.

Click on it to see if profiles are being added to the “Activity feed” when they add something to cart. You will see that reflect in the chart as well.

Ps. On Shopify’s reports I can indeed see Add to Cart’s.
