Sign-up Form code not showing up on Wordpress

After installing Woocommerce and integrating it with Klaviyo, sign-up forms are not showing on the website. The pop-up form is also not showing up. I have completed all the verfiications, etc the Klaviyo troibleshooting guides suggest.

Hi,
Could you also make sure the Klaviyo plugin is up to date and that your form is set to live status.
Also check that no settings or behaviors for the form have been accidentally changed.

@Divya Dugar Deactivate or remove the Klaviyo plugin and integration. Then, reactivate the plugin and integration. After that, verify if Klaviyo is fully embedded and let me know the status.
