Signup form on Shopify

Hi, i have embedded a signup form on a page in my shopify store. It is not displaying on chrome but works on safari. The guidance states i need to install the Klaviyo Embedded Form, but it is not available on the shopufy app store. Thanks

@edjmacdonald could it have anything to do with the targeting and behavior settings you put in the place for the form? described in more detail here:

In particular if you have selected “Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles”

@edjmacdonald is it possible that on Chrome you opened Shopify Admin and then doing a display of a theme that overrides the production theme where you successfully added the embedded form? Since you mention that it shows in Safari but not Chrome. How about if you open your website using incognito or clear cache of your browser?

Thanks for your answer, I have opened a private window in chrome and it loaded fine. After completing the form, and then refreshing the page it doesn’t load. Any suggestions?
