I like the idea of smart send, but I would love to be able to customize it a bit more.  Sometimes I don’t want someone to not receive emails on top of each other, but I don’t want them to skip it altogether. I would love to see a feature added where we can specify criteria.  For example, if we are sending an email about a promotion skip it for 24 hours, providing the promotion period is within the range we set. 

Maybe smart sending could stack the emails, sending them 24 hours later if they received one in the last 16 hours. I would just love some more customizable features so that subscribers don’t miss out on the emails altogether, nor do they receive a few in the same day when flows and campaigns align.

Thanks for the ideas here - Agree that having a method of retrying the send for profiles initially skipped for smart sending would be a useful feature to build. I just reached out to our product team and recommended that we implement this in the future!
