Thank you so much for asking about SMS API!

We do not have SMS specific APIs at this time. Most ( if not all) can be applied both to SMS and email metrics/profiles. You can find the full list of endpoints along with its fictionality: API references.

Came across this thread when I was looking to integrate klaviyo with Re:amaze for SMS.

If anyone is looking to integrate a helpdesk platform etc that hasnt got an off the shelf integration with klaviyo SMS, we did with a quick workflow in a selfhosted n8n and sent a custom event into klaviyo and also updated a profile property and then created a flow that sends an SMS with that custom updated property as the repsosne which is triggered on the custom event. Quick and simple.
