Still NO textarea input field?

Hi there

It's amazing: Klaviyo has many good features, but it doesn't have a textarea input field. Imagine you have to enter more than two words in a form field, the description of a problem, for example. You'll go crazy if it's all on one line. Please Klaviyo engineers, finally give us a textarea input field! Thank you! Hanibal Lecter

+1 here. Frequent Klaviyo user here and pretty wild they don’t have a textarea input!

Adding a textarea field would be great.

The use case I need it for is “As a user, I can send a description of an issue to customer services about a recent order so that I can resolve a problem I am having.”

I get the feeling textarea blocks will never get added. It’s been years since people have been requesting this and still nothing. Unfortunately this looks like a deal breaker for us.
